To: Supply Officer
Subj: CONOLE, Irene Marian, 236 26 28W, SN, USN (deceased);
Shipment of personal effects in the case of
1. It is requested that the personal efffects of the subject named
woman be shipped to the following address:
Mr. James Edward Conole Sr.
128 Glenwood Ave
Rochester, New York
2. The Chief Master-at-Arms, by copy of this letter, is directed to
pick up and deliver the personal effects of the subject named woman
to the shipping section of the Supply Department. The Chief Master-at-
Arms will furnish the Supply Department with two (2) copies of the
Inventory List.
3. CONOLE died as a result of drowning on 29 May 1954 while on active
duty, not misconduct.
4. It is further requested that this office be furnished with a copy
of the bill of lading.
